You NEED Aww Shucks Food Truck in Your Life

By now, you’ve probably heard at least one person in your circle talking about Aww Shucks Food Truck.

Believe the hype. Believe all the goodness you’ve heard.

Aww Shucks is AMAZING. Aww Shucks is the perfect , inexpensive meal or treat for the whole family.

My husband and I stumbled across a food truck fair just north of Birmingham, in Fultondale , yesterday and we hit the jackpot. Lots of food trucks were there but I had my eyes set on Aww Shucks.

We approached the food truck and we’re immediately greeted with a friendly, “Welcome to Aww Shucks!”. The entire menu looked amazing and we opted for the Mexican Street Corn and Cajun Parmesan.

Just a few minutes later, we were given a piping hot, covered tray of our chosen corn. The husks were peeping out beautifully from one end. They urged us to rip off the lid and try the delicious cobs.

I can honestly say that this is THE BEST corn I’ve ever eaten. We sat in the car and ate everything we had purchased. Both of us had faces reminiscent of eating messy ribs or wings. Sauce was everywhere and it was glorious.
