We have so many questions about this school year. Will there be sneeze guards? What’s the plan for masks? How will social distancing policies look in classrooms? WBRC Fox6 has gathered this type of information as well as other important school news such as updated start dates and reopening plans.

Related stories are posted daily. As of July 8th, you can read or watch videos related to schools in Shelby Co., Hoover, Pelham, Alabaster, Trussville, Leeds, Jasper, and Birmingham City Schools. Stay tuned for info from more districts as things progress.

With plans in progress that still need tweaking, many districts have changed their start dates. To find your district’s start date, you can check out WBRC Fox6’s article containing a list of these date changes for schools in their viewing area. Some dates seem to be moved back up to two weeks.
