Yes, it’s true. You can schedule a visit from the one-and-only Oscar Mayer Wienermobile for free, especially if you’re looking to propose to the one you love. No, seriously.

As of this Thursday, Oscar Mayer is making the Wienermobile available so you can make your engagement the most memorable ever. All you need to do before popping the question is to request the Winermobile at least three weeks in advance of your planned date.
Although it’s not a sure thing (the Wienermobile making it there, not the engagement) you’ll be notified a week ahead of your requested date if the Wienermobile will be on hand for your big day.
How it works:
If chosen, receive notification one week prior to the arrival date.
Two Hotdoggers arrive with the Weinermobile at your romantically-themed destination.
Drop to your knee in front of the Wienermobile and pop the question.
Cry, etc., but refrain from being a wiener about it. That’s not the point.
Get an engagement photo taken by the Hotdoggers.
Get a free Wiener Whistle to commemorate the day. Yes, I said it. You get a Wiener Whistle, but only one. You’re about to be legally bound. Get used to sharing.
The Hotdoggers can also arrange for a banner, a sound system, and televisions. They’re professionals.
Sign a release if you want your Wienermobile proposal photo shared with the world. (Hint: You do. This may be your only chance to show the world how you had a life-changing event occur right in front of a giant hotdog.)

Truthfully, you can request one of the six Wienermobiles, which are 27-foot hot dogs on wheels, for any type of celebration. Schedule one for your graduation party, your anniversary, your birthday, or for your family holiday photoshoot. “Although 2020’s been a real wiener, the Perkins family sends holiday cheer.”

We have a centennial celebration this August with a parade on August 14th Saturday morning. We are the small town of Silver Cliff, in Wisconsin located in the northeastern corner of Wisconsin. This would be fantastic to have the wiener mobile in the parade.
