Missing your exercise class? Or do you finally have time to start one?
Now you can access many fitness classes online from generous organizations that want us to stay fit and healthy while hanging at the house.
From boot camp, barre, yoga, weightlifting, boxing, Tai Chi, and even KID’S CLASSES, this list compiles everything we can find for staying in shape without spending extra cash. We will be adding to our list of free, online workout classes as more information becomes available.
YMCA
The YMCA reports they’ve been working for several months on online classes for members who are unable to get to their branches. With their branches now closed, they were in the perfect position to release their resources. The classes are available at ymca360.org. No membership is needed to access the classes.
There is also a plan in place to release more classes for adults including spiritual and emotional support videos as well as programs for kids. Check back for these resources throughout March and April.
305 Fitness
Do you enjoy a high-energy, dance party type of workout? These 55-minute cardio dance classes are for you! Described as a place you can “twerk hard while loving and appreciating your own body just the way it is.”
Classes offered include the Sexy Hip Hop workout, the Dance Reggae workout, the Country Hoedown Dance workout, the 80’s and 90’s Throwback Party workout, and so many more.
305 Fitness YouTube channel is hosting free, live classes and is packed with full-length workout videos that can be accessed by anyone right now, with no membership required!
Barry’s Bootcamp
Home of the famous Red Room workouts across the US and Canada, Barry’s CEO himself, is leading FREE 20-minute total body workouts that use your bodyweight only. No equipment and only 20 minutes are all you need.
Classes are currently being offered live with specific times and dates to tune in but appear to be evolving in accessibility.

Planet Fitness
Planet Fitness is offering a new, daily concept called “Home Work-ins” while their clubs are temporarily closed. Again, if you’ve got 20 minutes to spare, you can work in a FREE work-in. (See what I did there?)
Professional trainers and surprise celebrity guests will host the classes. Tune in daily to see who’s up next.

Fitness Blender
Fitness Blender offers more than 500 FREE workouts on its Youtube site. With videos lasting from ten minutes to eighty-five minutes and experience levels from athlete to beginner, you can find exactly what you need for your fitness level.
You can search their database of classes based on time length, difficulty level, muscle group targeting, equipment use, and other features.
Classes include toning, strength training, Pilates, HIIT, and more. Find out more here.
Beach Body
Beachbody has always had an online paid membership, and so far, that’ still the case, although they are offering a FREE two-week trial. We’ll update this site with any discounts they may offer in the future.
In the meantime, however, Beachbody is now offering FREE kid workouts for everyone to use and hopefully make into a part of the daily routine in place of PE!

Rumble Boxing
Rumble is going live, daily on Instagram, for their boxing-inspired exercise classes while their studios are closed. With no equipment required, the company is offering bodyweight workouts and cardio classes. No boxing gloves required!
Classes appear to start daily at 9:00 AM EST on Instagram.

Nike Training Club
Nike is offering a fitness app hosted by their world-class Nike Master Trainers. Download their workouts that last in length from fifteen, thirty, and forty-five minutes for FREE!
GIFS are used to demonstrate moves including the safest ways to complete movements like squats, lunges, and walkouts. Get fitness advice from the Nike experts.
A premium version of the app also includes nutrition advice for a total, healthy body experience.

Down Dog
Until April 1st, download your FREE Yoga Fitness apps from Down Dog. This app gives you access to a quick seven-minute workout, to Barre classes, and other classes at a variety of levels.
Down Dog is responding to school closing from K-12 through college by also offering FREE access for all students and teachers through July 1st. You must register with your school’s domain at downdogapp.com/schools.
Sweaty Betty
From yoga to ballet, cardio to bum-sculpting, Sweaty Betty offers a huge variety of easy and FREE online classes for all fitness levels. This London-based company is ready to get you sweating with videos featuring their class instructors and demonstrations.
They’re currently also offering discounts off their fitness gear at the Sweaty Betty online store.

Do Yoga With Me
With videos that focus on almost every body part, there’s lots of variety with these FREE videos. From beginner to advanced levels, you can find what you need to access easily.
Many of these classes are filmed outdoors in British Columbia, Canada and offer beautiful views as well as relaxing moves.
Choose between difficulty levels, style, length, and teachers. Styles include everything from Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga classes to classes for KIDS and SENIORS. Check it out here.
