Originally called “The Science of a Good Life,” this 10-week class seeks to help individuals understand the science and psychology behind being happy as well as how to apply these concepts in a personal way. Who doesn’t need information like that?

Combining lectures and videos in an intimate setting, Dr. Santos teaches this class in a low-key and easy-to-follow format. With positive review after positive review of students whose lives are changed, it’s hard to believe this course is now being offered free.
There’s also an option to receive a certificate of completion for $49. Otherwise, this class is available to audit at no cost and has no required reading, only optional reading and activities used to “rewire” yourself to build a happier daily existence. Work at your own pace or keep up with assignments due dates. It’s up to you.
