Act of Congress is a Birmingham, Alabama-based singer-songwriter group. Their unique style is due to the use of acoustic instruments and their ability to produce music that crosses musical genres.

Head over to the youth football field at Pelham City Park for a festive concert starting at 1:00 PM and lasting until 3:00 PM. Enjoy cookies and cocoa, served by Pelham High’s Culinary Academy.
Bring chairs and blankets. This event is outdoors so dress accordingly for the temperature.
