The Flying Biscuit Cafe opening over twenty years ago and now has over twenty-five restaurants all over the Southeast. With a menu of comfort food inspired by southern cooking, The Flying Biscuit serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner but is most famous for its grits and biscuits. They make over 5,000 a week in every location! With breakfast items ranging from scrambled eggs and omelets, pancake tacos, chorizo hash, chicken and waffles, and heavenly french toast, you can snag a hearty breakfast any time of day. The Flying Biscuit also features lunch and dinner menu items such as burgers, fried green tomato BLTs, biscuit pot pies, and shrimp ‘n grits.
