GirlSpring was founded in 2010 by philanthropist and social activist Jane Stephens Comer. It is a nonprofit organization that provides reliable and positive events for girls ages 9-18. Its focused mission is to ensure that every girl reaches her full potential.
FREE Film Screening of “Hidden Figures” & Meet the Springboarders!
Girls ages 9-18 will watch “Hidden Figures,” and meet the current leaders of GirlSpring’s Teen Leadership Group, Springboarders, a resourceful group made up of teen girls ages 13-18.
These teen girls develop content for their peers, which includes a range of relevant artwork, poetry, and articles for GirlSpring.com. This digital platform has an approximate global reach of 13,000 girls per month.
Springboarders is currently accepting applications for new leaders and is open to girls ages 13-18 (girls cannot be older than high school juniors when applying).

- 2:30 p.m. – SHOWTIME! FREE Film Screening of “Hidden Figures” (popcorn will be provided)
