It’s Graduation Weekend but with so many graduation ceremonies canceled around the US, our hearts break for 2020 grads.

In light of so many cancellations, celebrities are stepping to the podium with graduation speeches to bolster everyone through the missed milestones. Here’s a list of virtual commencement celebrations and the celebrity speakers who will take part:
Facebook / Instagram’s Graduation 2020
Catch the recorded version of this 2-hour commencement program featuring acknowledgments for high schools and college seniors from all fifty states. Co-hosted by Mindy Kaling and B.J Novak from ‘The Office,’ some of the speakers will include Oprah, Awkwafina, Miley Cyrus (singing ‘The Climb’), Jennifer Garner, Lil Nas X, and Simone Biles as well as principals and deans from across the country.
The classic book by Dr. Seuss, Oh, the Places You’ll Go! is an iconic graduation gift. Taking this theme, John Cena and Scott Kelly host a month-long graduation celebration on the Seussville website. Throw your own party with the downloadable decorations and activities provided. Catch Cena and Kelly reading, providing Seussical wisdom, and sharing graduation photos throughout the month.

Chase’s “Show Me Your Walk HBCU Edition”
This virtual commencement speech will be given to honor Historically Black Colleges and Universities and will feature former US President Barack Obama. Sponsored by Chase Bank, it will take place and 1:00 PM CT on May 16th and is set to honor all 25,000 of HBCU’s 2020 grads. Hosted by comedian and actor Kevin Hart, expect to see academic leaders from HBCU’s campuses, successful business leaders, and other celebrities such as Steve Harvey, Debbie Allen, and Vivica Fox,
iHeartMedia’s Podcast Commencement: Speeches for the Class of 2020
iHeartMedia has produced a podcast especially for grads called ‘Commencement: Speeches for the class of 2020.’ So many celebrity speakers are featured giving words of wisdom. Some of these include Chelsea Handler, Bobbi Brown, Eli Manning, Tim McGraw, Jimmy Fallon, Halsey, Hillary Clinton, Kesha, Pitbull, and John Legend. Tune in for more.
Her Campus’ I’m Still Graduating
This salute to graduates features some speakers who are big players in their careers, be it CEOs, visionaries, athletes, or actors. Expect to see Nico Tortorella, Frankie J. Grande, Teyana Taylor, Marcia Gay Harden, reporter Jodi Kantor, soccer player Kealia Ohai Watt, Logan Browning, Supermajority co-founder Cecile Richards, Feeding America CEO Claire Babineaux-Fontenot, P&G Beauty CEO Alex Keith, Lennon Stella, the WWE’s Natalya Neidhart, Lilly Pulitzer CEO Michelle McQuality Kelly, and Bumble founder and CEO Whitney Wolfe Herd.
