Have you checked out the Birmingham Art Crawl at the Pizitz Building? Come out on the second Friday of each month as the downtown transforms into a gallery of artists and their work, live performers, food and fun!
Stroll through the streets of Birmingham to do some shopping, meet new vendors, grab some dinner, or just enjoy the performances at the downtown scene from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Some of downtown’s most popular businesses will also be open after hours. This is a FREE, kid-friendly event, so come out for a night of fun for the whole family. Rain or shine!

The Birmingham Art Crawl is moving from the first Thursday of the month to the second Friday of the month, beginning March 13th, 2020.
Founded in 2014, the Birmingham Art Crawl is known as a consistent and regular community event that works to promote opportunities for artists to engage with businesses and individuals. Working in conjunction with the Alabama Multicultural Organization, Birmingham Art Crawl celebrates art, culture, and diversity in the Magic City with live performances featuring everything from dance and music to poetry.

The Pizitz Building
The Birmingham Art Crawl is located around the Pizitz Building which is located at 1821 Second Ave. North in the heart of Birmingham’s theater district. Originally completed in 1923, the Pizitz has since been restored and features a variety of spaces including the retail shop Yellowhammer Creative, co-working spaces by Forge, the Pizitz Food Hall, and the Sidewalk Film Center + Cinema.
