Avondale is well-known for always engaging with its young visitors, and for the talents of the staff that often extend past the normal. Its librarians have extensive skills and talents that surprass their job duties. For example, Ms. Cas is skilled in theatre make-up and costuming, and applies those skills for face-painting booths during events at the library.
